Warm Welcome to Pulp Art + Object
Pulp Art + Object is a space for artists and makers of all identities and artistic genres to show and share their work. Both emerging and established, local and national artists will present art in monthly exhibitions in the new space located on Race Street in Holyoke’s Canal District.
The gallery is owned by artist Dean Brown and interior designer Mary-Moore Cathcart, who are married. PULP represents an expansion from Home and Homme, a homeware boutique and art space the couple started in Amherst in 2014 and still own.
The new space will focus on art shows and vintage objects for the home.
Pulp Art + Object is located at 80 Race Street in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Hours are Thursday – Saturday from 11am – 5pm, Sundays from 10am – 3pm. Art Openings are often held simultaneously with concert events at the neighboring Gateway City Arts during evenings throughout the year.
What else can we say about this place?!? Besides… We absolutely LOVE PULP and it is an extremely welcomed addition to the growing neighborhood we work in!

I’ve known Dean Brown for several years through the local vintage markets. I highly admired his keen eye for finding unique, rare, vintage objects and art work. His taste is impeccable, second to none. Pulp Art + Object is no different and it shows. Looking forward to many visits in the future!
